    Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000

    Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000 taka
    Sales price per unit- BDT 500
    Variable cost per unit- BDT 250
    Sales price per unit - Variable cost per unit= BDT 250
    So the break-even point= 20,000/250= 80
    So basically, Mithy needs to sell 80 cupcakes per month to make sure that the cost and total revenue are equal.
    So what can she do to increase her sales?
    A tricky question that does not have a straightforward answer because it includes so many variables.
    All we can do is to lay out some tips.
    Since the cupcakes are amazing, she can take a bit of risk. She can invest more money and spend more money on marketing. That is quite impossible to provide that huge number of people within such short period of time....  moreSounds great to hear such a praiseworthy initiative taken by Bangladesh Government. More than 5 million people lives without house throughout the country. That is quite impossible to provide that huge number of people within such short period of time. And, the arable lands are gradually decreasing. This project may solve the housing issue related to these people. But the other human needs won't be fulfilled by this. From my perspective, some more steps should be taken by the government to help the people to stand in their feet so that they don't need to depend on others.
    
    1. Education is the foremost weapon because none can snatch it away from you. The other resources decrease day by day. But knowledge increases everyday. Necessary programs for educating the young generation should be taken to build a resourceful country.
    
    2. Technical education should be provided to the unskilled people so that they can contribute to the economy of our country.

Because, this project gives house to the landless, homeless, shelterless people which gives them roof over their head. So, they don't have to pass night under the open sky. When their accommodation becomes secure, they can focus on their daily livlihood only.
    Besides that,under Asrayan project these people receive technical and practical training and also soft loan which makes them skilled people and help them to income money. This project also gives them some land for mosque, pond.
    If this project gives some land for cultivating and for keeping household aninals then these people could raise their animals and also cultivate vegetables. Asrayan project can make their life better then before.  less

The project is supposed to provide jobs to unemployed people and a shelter for the homeless ones. The Asrayan project will surely help so many poor families to get out of extreme poverty. Once they get their own land, they will begin to grow corn, rice, or vegetables on it and hopefully start earning their own income without borrowing any money from loan sharks. The landless people will also not have to pay rental anymore as this kind of initiative may give them a chance in life!
    
    I also believe, to make this project more successful and let them be independent, these people need to be trained to manage money better. Although they do not have a lot of money, they can save at least some amount regularly with good management. This will help their families to start saving money on a regular basis. It can even be invested in some small businesses.  less

I must appreciate but in the meantime, I also admit that it is a small picture. In a report, it has been shown that the govt. is being able to provide shelter for only 7%. The rest of them are behind the screen. So, if the target is to provide shelter for everyone then I must say it's not up to the level. It was one side of the topic which is not discussed most of the time. Let's have a look at the people who have got the facility. Now, how much they will improve it's all up to them. I admit that Asrayan Project is giving a great facility but it's not enough. Why? Because the only shelter can't improve their standard. So, as a result, their standard of living will remain the same. And believe me, it will be the most horrifying part of the project when no output will come. But where there are problems there are solutions also. I am sharing one of them.

    Each of these earnings is increasing our GDP and standard of living. But please stop. That's only for a few people. It's quite disappointing that more than 60% are not aware of that. In this situation, it's quite clear that what should we do. Yeah, as it is an era of information. Our main focus should be on increasing the skill. Because, this skill can create manpower. And we will be able to send more workers to the foreign which will lead to more remittance. Also, it will create a huge chance to earn from freelancing also. In a nutshell, shelter can only give you a way to live, but skill can improve the way of living.  less

If govt provide all the homeless people to home, then the slum o the city will be decreased, that will be a plus point for all off the people. Moreover, now-a-days people are coming from villages and they are now pulling rickshaw. It's a huge disadvantage for our harvest production. Most of the poor people who do not have their own house, have to live in a rent house. A great percentage of their income is spent in paying the rent. So, they hardly can afford healthy food, treatment and education. They cannot save any money for their future. Their children are often deprived from education and healthy food. Education is the only way to uplift their poor situation but they are hardly getting it. But for this Asrayan Project, these lower income people are getting a house and land of their own. They don’t need to pay for house rent. They can use that money to purchase other basic needs. They have a secure place and savings now. Even they can start their own small domestic business to get some extra money. Asrayan Project is not only securing their shelter but also the future of their children.  less

So it's more important, if the government could take another project side by side to ensure them a good source of income, it could strengthen their position.
    1.The efficient people can be used for cultivation side by side they can be provided agricultural education. More projects can be taken to encourage them to cultivate. ❝Rhidoye Mati O Manush❞ was a great initiative; more opportunities like these can be taken.
    2.They can be hired for construction projects under observation, or more industries can be built up to provide opportunities.

As the shelter problem is now solved, they can use that shelter cost to pay micro loan if any of them have taken. Moreover, they can save this money and can use it in cultivating fish, raising poultry and farming. Besides, they can use the money to educate the children as education helps reducing the poverty. Also, this project aims at alleviating poverty, by accelerating the way of fulfilling the ''Vision 21''.Thus, I think this project will help lower-income group people to stand on their own feet.  less

    Now his monthly cost gets decreasing due to he does not commit paid of rent the house.
    His savings are increasing. His12 years old son has got off from child work. He wants to continue his educational life again.
    Mr Shaharul is thinking, his son will be well educated and will not suffer an economic recession in his future life.
    While I was talking to Mr Shaharul, I saw confidence in his voice to stand on his own feet that's why I strongly believe that the Narayan project will be successful.
    The future generation of landless people will be the most benefited.  less

The project has been going economic vulnerability of many homeless families by providing them with shelters and necessary financial assistance to rebuild their life. As the project now targets the impoverished people of the whole country, by aiding them to build their shelter with a means of income generation can also check the displacement of people from one place to another. Beside that this project provided necessary training to them and revolving interest-free micro-credit to enhance income generating activities to improve their livelihoods and make them self-reliant. With this they can start a small business or cultivate their own food and keeping household pet. This project surely a blessing to those people like Rahim Miah.  less

The best solutions are: (1)Safe and sustainable Rohingya repatriation to Myanmar by giving pressure to Myanmar government from international welfare organizations. (2) However, this will need some time for repatriation so in this time a temporary ID card can be given to them so that they can work with the mainstream people. Biofuel is using waste and rubbish of animals and humans and converting it into fuel. There are two kinds of biofuel, one is biomass using the wastages directly as fuel. They just need to sundry the waste and can use them without extra expenses. Another is biogas, that needs to convert the wastages into gas and use it as fuel. The process is a little bit complexer and costlier. The wastage must be processed and compressed in an enclosed area without oxygen to convert it into a fuelworthy mixture of methane and carbon dioxide gas. If the government or any volunteer association helps to make it, it won't be tough. In the camp, a lot of rohingya people live who produce lots of human and pet animal waste that can be converted into biofuel. Biofuel will be the best and easiest alternative for cutting trees and making fuel for them. Volunteers need to teach them about it and our forest area will be saved.  less

But we will have to look forward rather than counting the waste. We can't send them back to their country forcefully, nor, Bhashan chor has any hope for them. Cox's bazaar has lots of possibilities as it is a tourist spot so if anyhow the government could use the man force for something productive they could bring us huge benefits.
    1)Educating such a big crowd won't be possible right now. So they can be used in fieldwork or something physical. The eligible men can be hired to protect the forest, help the army to guard the border, stop human or drug dealers, or for road construction or any constructive issues.

    1. Jacob didn't drive that four-wheel car that much so the tire is not flat there are some edges which is giving him a grip to drove in that snow. Also, the area of contact between a rubber block and an ice surface is bigger and we know that a bigger surface means a lot of friction. That's why Jacob safely drove that car, If the tire of Jacob were flat then the friction will low and he will not able to drove that car safely.
    
    2.The second phenomenon is happening because those shoes don't have that much grip on that slippery road. The friction area is too small and all the weight is centered on the shoes.     You can also put some oil and try to rub then heat and the sound will be decreased because the friction is decreased also.

    2) 2nd situation where Jacob slipped on the ground due to wearing regular shoes. Although static friction occurred it wasn’t enough to stop slipping as the shoes of Jacob didn’t have enough grip to increase friction.
    
    3) We can see in the 3rd situation that through rubbing his palms together, Jacob felt warm on both palms. This occurred due to sliding friction.     All the officers and employees posted in the Sundarbans should have adequate knowledge on how to conserve the forest properly and understand the importance of protecting the Sundarbans. Therefore, seminars, meetings, and modern training have to be organized by the government in a row at a given time.
    Appropriate measures should be taken in advance to ensure that the Sundarbans are not damaged in large parts during various disasters and dams can be installed very tightly by identifying the places where wildlife moves more.

As a result, they will able to work with mainstream people of our country.
    Secondly, government could build house for the local communities people(Munda & Others). So, they won't need to collect golpata or cut tree.
    Thirdly, Forest Department could recruit local communities' people as forest guard because they know the forest much more better than outsiders. So, smuggling would be reduced. When the livelihood of the local communities will be secured, they won't hurt the forest anymore.

Maximum people live below the poverty line. So, we should take different initiatives to improve their condition and to save the sundarbans. We should plan co-management initiatives like- awareness raising, alternate income generation, eco-tourism, efforts towards social mobilization and limited boat license certificate. Community based tourism can be introduced as an alternative livelihood measure. Various international organizations, NGOs or banks should come forward to grant funds for local communities so that they can consume other sources of maintenance. People can collect wax, fishes etc. but within the limit. Nature will operate the ecosystem there. No problem with that. I think the resources in one third of the Sundarbans are enough for a good livelihood. But the forest ministry should have to take necessary initiative for the moribund animals like the Royal Bengal Tiger. And the patrolling team there should have to be honest with their duties.  less

After a certain time, they would close that part of the forest for its recovery and open other parts of the forest for the locals to use. During that recovery time local should be restricted to go to that area and authority would take necessary steps like plantation to recover that area.
    
    Authority would strictly prohibit the locals from getting

Different leaders can be placed in different sectors. Locals will work in each group, the amount and boundaries of their resource collection from the forest can be determined. Group leaders will have the rules of accountability. Wild law and law enforcement must be enforced.

And the main reasons of this dependency are the mono-cropping characteristics of their agriculture, low literacy rate, lack of awareness, lack of facilities etc.
    So, Govt. And other agencies Should focus on their education, sanitation and other facilities. As most of them are farmer and do fish farming can practice different agroforestry systems but for this, more researches should be done to ensure which crops, trees grow well in these areas because salinity is a big problem here. And obviously sustainable dams need to be built so that tidal water does not reach the locality.
