Firstly since we know that this is an online venture customer relationship is a huge factor. If one customer receives a good service then they will bring more potential customers. So Quality must be top priority & we could provide incentives such as special discounts to returning customers. The more they buy the more discounts they have. We also need to have a very interactive platform or website & be active constantly so that every potential customer is gladly attend. Making sure that our business reaches maximum number of people online is another big concern & this can be achieved by digital marketing. Boosting the website or page or giving adds is a must. Automated or digital approach to packaging can also reduce overheads which in turn increases profitability. Making efficient use of resources also leads to less overheads as there is less wastage. Making an option for customers to post reviews is also very important as it gives future potential customers assurance as they read the reviews. Bringing new additions such as new flavours can also boost sales also new themes on trendy topics can help publicise more. New attractive packing with stamps are another way to reach more people. To sum up Mithy can increase sales or reduce overheads to make her business more profitable. Attracting new customers & maintaining relationships with old ones is the key to her success. less

Housing cost- BDT 10,000
Total cost of employees- BDT 10,000
Total fixed cost- 10,000 + 10,000= 20,000 taka
Sales price per unit- BDT 500
Variable cost per unit- BDT 250
Sales price per unit - Variable cost per unit= BDT 250
So the break-even point= 20,000/250= 80
So basically, Mithy needs to sell 80 cupcakes per month to make sure that the cost and total revenue are equal.
So what can she do to increase her sales?
A tricky question that does not have a straightforward answer because it includes so many variables.
All we can do is to lay out some tips.
Since the cupcakes are amazing, she can take a bit of risk. She can invest more money and spend more money on marketing. For example, she can use it to boost her Facebook business page to get more traction or hire a part-time online marketer who will keep a close eye on her customers and see what they want. It will be risky because the break-even point will be higher which means she must sell more... less

Moreover, getting beaten or standing in front of the class was a common thing. However, I enjoyed my school life to the fullest until one of the relatives said sarcastically to my mother, ''You are wasting your money on your daughter. What she supposed to do in the future with this nature and result?''I was outraged and sad at the same time. So, I tried working hard from that day such as, attending school, doing homework for presenting a better version of myself. I would study for 4 hours and also tried to choose the quietest hours to study within 24 hours. In addition to these, I also examined myself with model questions every 7 days to evaluate my progress. Finally, I can say, all my efforts paid off and I never have to look back again. I was getting better day by day. For me, no one is Loser and will never be. I had two friends I cared about and they were both ok with being my friend. I knew that if one left I would be completely alone, so thrived on the social attention of people at school because it made me feel like someone actually cared about me, and there was no other place to get love from adults at home or my neighborhood due to gang activity.
I didn't get bullied at all in high school; I had friends of all sorts of different cultural backgrounds and groups even if I wasn't on "the cool kids" level. The only thing that held me back from making close friendships was still the fact that I was awkward. So what I did was start joining in on teams and activities, not because I wanted to be extra friendly or social (though that was a side effect) but because whenever anyone is doing something they're passionate about it's easy to see their passion for the activity shine through. less

I always said to myself that I can win. Sometimes, I failed but never lose hope. Losing is natural and happens to everyone. But, it is not always in our hands, but being a loser is in our's hands. I failed several tests, especially in mathematics. So, I stuck to it until I became good at it. For me sticking with this made me realize the beauty of a mathematical formula.
I think being a loser is very subjective. For some being a loser is passing with 40% while for someone it is dream come true. Being a loser will show you how life would hit you hard and keep you stuck in there permanently if you let it. So losing doesn't make you a loser but not getting up does. less

I was a sports enthusiast back in my school days and I always wanted to partake in various sports. But because of my weight, I always struggled and kids use to bully me for that. For that reason, no one really wanted to pick me. So yeah, I was that odd chubby kid who struggled to fit in. One day, I decided to take karate lessons which obviously did not go well because I got injured on the very first day. You can imagine how humiliated I felt. But something happened after that. For some reason, I became stubborn and I did not quit karate even though my parents advised me to quit. After the injury, I did everything to lose weight. That helped me to boost my performance. For some odd reason, I got really good at it and within a very short time, I got the black belt. less

According to this index, FLFP of Bangladesh has increased by a lot because in 2008, it was merely 16 percent and now it is 21 percent. This change can be attributed to women's increasing awareness about their role as well as an increase in access of education and job opportunities for them.
The 2011 World Development Report from the World Bank estimates that if half of all unemployed youth were put into jobs tomorrow, global gross domestic product would increase by more than $2 trillion over the next five years—equal to more than 10% of global GDP!
As a result of women empowerment in job sector in Bangladesh, there is an increase in women contribution to household income. In addition, it improves women's bargaining power within their families which is particularly important in promoting the health and education of children. less

Without the participation of this huge population in the job sector, it wouldn't be possible for Bangladesh to be enlisted as a developing country. The largest contribution of women in economy is in the RMG sector (among 4 million workers, 70% of them are women), & we know 12% of the GDP is contributed by this sector. Though most of the contribution of women in the agriculture (in homestead production,post-harvest production, livestock rearing etc.) is as unpaid labor, still this adds huge value to the economy. Day by day, the participation of women in the high quality services is increasing which will also help breaking the taboo of women refrained from economic activities. less

According to a research by The Asia Foundation its seen that from 1999/2000 to 2016/2017 the number of female workforce has increased from 8.6 million to 19.9 million which is more than twice & this is largely due to the increased literacy rate of women which stands at 71.95% & safety of women in job sector. The rise in women workforce is also due to Introduction of programmes like Microfinance from NGO’s like BRAC & others. Bangladesh also is the 2nd largest exporter of RMG & the workforce in this sector is largely made up of women. All these has lead to the rise of women involvement in job sector & this has lead to huge economic growth of the country. less

Women have also made home workstations such as product selling online so they can work from home. As a result of all these the income per capita of the country has risen as the population becomes more productive. This led to the standard of life to go up hill where as poverty has gone downhill. As a result of all these the country has become more stable in terms of economy. In the end it must be said that undoubtedly rise of women in job sector has lead to huge impacts in our economy but we still have a long way to go, but till then নারীদের অধিকারে গাইব❤ less

Biofuel is using waste and rubbish of animals and humans and converting it into fuel. There are two kinds of biofuel, one is biomass using the wastages directly as fuel. They just need to sundry the waste and can use them without extra expenses. Another is biogas, that needs to convert the wastages into gas and use it as fuel. The process is a little bit complexer and costlier. The wastage must be processed and compressed in an enclosed area without oxygen to convert it into a fuelworthy mixture of methane and carbon dioxide gas. If the government or any volunteer association helps to make it, it won't be tough. So, the best way is to improve their condition and standard of living and make them aware of the importance of the forest. The inclusion of LPG can replace the demand for fuelwood and side by side we can use this vast manpower to our side by making Rohingyas plant trees. In the light of physics, pressure is the amount of force applied per unit area. That is P=F/A. Now in case of cutting something using a knife, you have to put pressure on the thing you want to cut. It is mentionable that, less the area is, more the pressure will be. That means pressure is inversely proportional to area. You know that, a sharp knife have less area on the cutting edge than the blunt one. As a result, by giving equal force the pressure by the sharp knife will be more than the blunt one. To do the same work, you have to give more pressure on the blunt knife for which the possibility of slipping the blunt knife with greater force will be more. And that would be dangerous for you as this can cause serious damage. For this reason, it is recommended to use sharp knives rather than blunt knives to cut vegetables. less

If you’re using a knife to peel a potato or carrot, the dull knife can stop on an irregular surface, forcing you to use excessive pressure to get past it. If the knife blade suddenly slips, you’re likely to cut yourself as it suddenly speeds up.
Dull blades make cutting meats harder and make you use extra force to cut through any tougher part of the meat. Once it cuts through and can move easily, quite often you’ll cut your other hand when the blade moves quickly due to the force you’re using.
A sharp blade cuts easily through most foods and only light to moderate pressure is required. It’s easier to guide and control a sharp blade due to its consistent cutting ability. less

A blunt knife, on the other hand, is quite likely to slip off the surface of some harder or tougher objects - and this means it will go in a direction you did not intend - perhaps in the direction of your fingers. To compensate for the loss of cutting action, you'll find yourself applying more force - which means you may no longer be in control of the blade; you might not even be holding it properly any more - and then, when the blade still slips and goes where it isn't meant to, it will arrive with far greater force, possibly cutting you quite badly.
A blunt knife also tends to crush the food, rather than cutting it - so with something like an onion, the layers will... less

But a blunt knife will create laceration which will create irregular edges in the wound creating a risk of infection. According to physics, we know that a unit of force (1 newton) applied to a unit area (1 meter squared) perpendicularly will create 1-pascal pressure. The formula being P=F/A (n/m^2). So, the more we apply pressure to the handle of the knife, the more the pressure is in a smaller surface area. This makes the point of contact of the vegetables precise and allows swift and clean cutting. Whereas the blunt knife having a larger surface area, won't have the same penetrating force which will result in a twisting force called torque. So the knife will rotate and cause injuries to the hand. less

Sharp must have a thin edge and the Blunt has a thick edge. So the edge area of blunt is bigger than sharp. When you put the same force on both of them, the force is distributed in the smaller portion of Sharp's edge area and makes more pressure directly on surfaces and makes a quick cut. The same force will be distributed in the bigger portion of the Blunt's edge area and as the force spreads in a bigger place, the pressure becomes weaker on the surface and makes it harder to cut thoroughly. Sharp knife bite the surface with its thin edge and the blunt knife can't sit properly, so it becomes slippery and risky.
In physics term, force/area=pressure. Here, forces are equal. Sharp knife has a smaller and blunt knife has a bigger area. When you divide the same number with a small and a large number, they result in a big and a small number(pressure) respectively. So the pressure of a sharp knife will be greater than blunt one. less

P=F/A
where, P= applied pressure on the object
F= force applied on the object
A= the area of the object where pressure is applied
Let's consider in above circumstances, adam applied the same amount of force on the carrot he was cutting with both the sharp and blunt knife. His ease of cutting will be dependent on whether the area of applied force is lesser than the other or not. Now, with common sense, we can easily understand that the sharp one has a lesser area of pressure than the blunt one because the edge is much narrower. So, more pressure will be put on using the sharper one.
The risk of using a blunt knife is that it may slip the vegetable adam is cutting and may severely injure his hand. We don't want any harm to be done to this nice fellow. Adam tried to cut the carrots using a blunt knife. He couldn't do that in brunoise cut and he almost cut his hand. His teacher mentioned that the sharp knife is efficient to cut any food. If you try to cut a cucumber using a blunt knife it would require you to exert more strength/force. The knife may slip if the sharp end is too thick. Whereas if you use a sharp knife you can efficiently do that by exerting less strength/force
This is because of the force and the surface area. The surface area of the sharp end of a blunt knife is more than that of a sharp knife. We get from pascals law that Pressure is inversely proportional to the surface area. So if you apply the same amount of force for both the knife, the sharp knife would be more efficient. So sharper knife is safer in cutting food... less

So he has to apply force in the knife which makes the pressure cut the Carrots. Here another physics term arises that is cutting Area of the knife. With all of these things, we can get a relation from physics that is Force=Pressure/Area
Here we can see that Force is inversely proportional to Area . This means that if Area is increasing then Force will decreasing & similarly if the Area is decreasing then the Force will increasing with the proportion to each other.
To cut the Carrots properly Adam had to give more pressure when he used the dull knife. Because the dull knife’s cutting area is more than the sharp knife. Moreover while giving more pressure for dull knife it might be slipped and cut his hand. As cutting Area of the sharp knife is less. So he had to give less pressure & did his work nicely and more safely. less

The elementary mathematical expression for pressure is giving by ,
P = F/A
Here, P is the pressure , F is the force acting perpendicular to the surface to which this force is applied and A is the area of the surface .
The same force applied by a sharp knife with a smaller area of contact will exerts a much greater pressure than a blunt knife having a considerable larger area of contact .
Once a blunt knife is through the object (vegetable or other food), there is a greater chance for the pressure to lead to slippage, skidding and injury. A sharp knife can cut using the edge of the e knife with a safer slicing. Rather, cuts from sharper knives can actually heal more easily than those from dull knives. A sharp knife is a safer knife than a dull knife. less

Secondly,F= {m(v-u)}/t
Assume, two knives have same mass and you take same amount of time to cut. As
you start from a zero velocity, that means u=0. Ultimately you end up giving
much more velocity to the blunt than sharp one. So, if you accidentally slip
while cutting, blunt will hit your finger faster, which might cause a serious

bringing the sharp knife to rest is easier than blunt one. If you slip, sharp

The reason I choose this area because it is well known for using solar power and according to weather this area is good for harvesting agricultural foods. I would like to spend 1/3 of my money to invest on solar plan and the rest of them for agricultural purpose. Another reason I choose both agriculture and solar power because I am very much concern about the climate change and it's effect on food . Using solar power will save electricity which will later help for reducing the bad effect of climate change. Solar power and agriculture are both complementary to each other for climate change. less
