    They need moisture and a good food source along with a little shelter to survive and thrive! Ladybugs prey on other insects, mostly Aphids.
    
    In cold, they seem to take shelter and like to bury themselves underground. And in cold conditions, their food sources become scarce! Therefore, the container having good sunlight for optimum temperature, wet soil for water, and plants for shelter makes the perfect living condition for the ladybug even though the lid is always closed!  less

As for the charcoal and gravels,they reduce the moisture from the air so that too much moisture doesn't kill the bug or the plant. The plant inside the jar continuously produce oxygen so the bug won’t die there by suffocating. As for the bugs food it can suck up nutritiants from the plant. In a typical greenhouse, sunlight is trapped within the glass walls of the infrastructures and the thus the seeds have enough heat and solar energy to germinate into plants and so on. Don't you think the plants are producing oxygen in the daytime as they are growing and carbon dioxide at night? Thus the water vapor is also locked in within the structure and there you go, we have a complete eco-system.
    
    Now lets talk about a case much smaller than the greenhouse. Yes, it the ladybug's new home, the glass container. The plants growing inside the jar is serving two purposes- oxygen for the ladybug and also its food.
    Though the world it is living in right now is quite miniscule but it is sufficient for the bug to survive and has all the basic necessities as the outside world.  less

    Oxygen.With the Oxygen released by the plants,the ladybug survived and it exhaled CO2.The plants then again used the CO2 and exhaled Oxygen.In this way,it continues in a cycle.
    For making food,plants need 4 things: water,mineral,CO2
    and sunlight.Water and mineral is available in the wet soil.CO2 is available in the air,whereas,sunlight is also saying ‘hi’ there!So?Food prepared!
    Again,the main food of ladybug is small insect called ‘Aphid’,which sucks the juice of plants and live there.So, ladybug is getting enough food for her.This is how they both are surviving in the closed container.  less

The ladybug respires which releases carbon dioxide, which is taken up by the leaves of the plant. The leaves also get sufficient sunlight from the sun as the glass is transparent. And it also gets minerals from the charcoals in the soil ans as the soil was wet plants can absorb water from it too . The plants use this for photosynthesis and to produce oxygen and glucose. The glucose is used by the plants for food and the oxygen is used by the ladybug for respiration. The ladybug also feeds on the plants to survive. Those plants need carbon dioxide to grow (plants absorb carbon dioxide through their stomata). For our container analogy, we can say that the plants inside the container are using photosynthesis to create their own food supply from sunlight and CO2. The gravel supplies nutrients such as nitrogen, magnesium and phosphorus which play important role in plant growth. Charcoal also acts like gravel by keeping up humidity levels for optimum growth conditions. The ladybug eats the plants, but both organisms benefit from receiving nutrients from each other.  less

    The jer fulfills the requirements like this-
    *Plants and algae give oxygen and get Co2 from ladybugs and other organisms.
    *Plants get energy from the sun and provide food for organisms. The energy stays almost the same as bacteria and protozoa decompose dead organisms and fallen leaves.
    *Bacteria and protozoa break down the waste and make ammonia into nitrate that plants can take. So the air stays clean.
    *Charcoal removes excess humidity.
    *Water evaporates but comes back to the system like rain.
    The jer completes the energy cycle, Co2 cycle, Oxygen Cycle, Hydrogen cycle, decomposition, and controls humidity and air quality. So, Ladybug and her friends can live happily by supporting each other.  less

    This method will give us a very accurate volume of the smaller Giraffe as the Giraffes are similar means that the smaller one is a scaled down version of the larger one so dimensions are proportional to the volume. We cubed the length so that we can take it to meter cube & get the volume.  less

    Using generic maths formula, we can write: Given: L=6, W = 1 & H=1 --> So, S=(6x1)+(1x1)=7 sq m --> VL=5400 (given) --> RATIO=(Total Surface Area)/ Volume --> S/VL = 7/(5400) or 0.0118696... (approx.)
    
    Thus, we have a ratio of 0.0118696... (approx.) between the surface area of the smaller giraffe and a larger one. Now we need to multiply this number with the volume of the larger giraffe in order to find out how many times the smaller giraffe's volume is compared to that of the larger giraffe.
    
    This gives us a more accurate answer for the volume of smaller giraffes! Vsmaller Giraffes =0.0345691...(approx.) or 836 m³  less

    Now, the main point is which toy size he should keep for manufacturing more toys?

    I didn't get bullied at all in high school; I had friends of all sorts of different cultural backgrounds and groups even if I wasn't on "the cool kids" level. The only thing that held me back from making close friendships was still the fact that I was awkward. So what I did was start joining in on teams and activities, not because I wanted to be extra friendly or social (though that was a side effect) but because whenever anyone is doing something they're passionate about it's easy to see their passion for the activity shine through.  less

    I always said to myself that I can win. Sometimes, I failed but never lose hope. Losing is natural and happens to everyone. But, it is not always in our hands, but being a loser is in our's hands. I failed several tests, especially in mathematics. So, I stuck to it until I became good at it. For me sticking with this made me realize the beauty of a mathematical formula.
    
    I think being a loser is very subjective. For some being a loser is passing with 40% while for someone it is dream come true. Being a loser will show you how life would hit you hard and keep you stuck in there permanently if you let it. So losing doesn't make you a loser but not getting up does.  less

For that reason, no one really wanted to pick me. So yeah, I was that odd chubby kid who struggled to fit in. One day, I decided to take karate lessons which obviously did not go well because I got injured on the very first day. You can imagine how humiliated I felt. But something happened after that. For some reason, I became stubborn and I did not quit karate even though my parents advised me to quit. After the injury, I did everything to lose weight. That helped me to boost my performance. There are six strings on a guitar each with an open notes of E2, A2,D3,G3, B3 and E4 and their corresponding frequences are 82 Hz, 110Hz, 147Hz, 196Hz, 247Hz,330Hz. These frequences represent the root tone of each string. So, when you play guitar, these strings transfer their sound into the body of the guitar where they set up an internal resonance on the air Chamber made by the body and cause the back plate and face plate to vibrate.     The reason for this is because whenever any objects vibrate or moves, it produces interference. When one object moves in a particular direction or changes its motion suddenly, there will be waves forming in all directions. If another object has these waves hitting them as well while moving around by itself then there will be interference which will result in having waves being lost or changed.
    
    The concept of physics used is applied in the principle of interference. When two or more objects cause vibration or motion, there will be waves colliding with each other and either being canceled out or changed by a small fraction. This is an example of interference that can lead to many different problems down the road.  less

    In physics it's called as- "The Loewy Effect"
    
    Now, when he went near the tree, it was easier to push upwards on car since it's a force acting in the opposite direction of his weight. AND thus, when Andy started pushing upwards, he seemed to be lifting it up instead of just pushing it up
    
    So, he was applying force on the car in such way that it seems like car is being lifted up. By pushing upwards at a certain distance from the root of tree, there was no weight (applied) in opposite direction and thus moving towards applied force gives him more effect than when pushing downwards.
    
    Thus, the force to lift the car was directly proportional to distance from tree's roots.  less

From this, we can guess that(counting the car as a pivot) there is a greater load acting downwards in that side of the tree, than the side with the leaves. The way the people were doing it before, they were wasting strength overcoming all the those forces and uprooting the tree. They were using the car as a pivot, and the distance between their force and the car/pivot was not much. However, pushing in an anticlockwise direction on the other side, with the leaves, shifts the pivot from being the car to being the roots, all the way on the other side of the tree. The pivot being far away, the forces proved effective.  less

The landless people will also not have to pay rental anymore as this kind of initiative may give them a chance in life!
    
    I also believe, to make this project more successful and let them be independent, these people need to be trained to manage money better. Although they do not have a lot of money, they can save at least some amount regularly with good management. This will help their families to start saving money on a regular basis. It can even be invested in some small businesses.  less

The rest of them are behind the screen. So, if the target is to provide shelter for everyone then I must say it's not up to the level. It was one side of the topic which is not discussed most of the time. Let's have a look at the people who have got the facility. Now, how much they will improve it's all up to them. I admit that Asrayan Project is giving a great facility but it's not enough. Why? Because the only shelter can't improve their standard. So, as a result, their standard of living will remain the same. And believe me, it will be the most horrifying part of the project when no output will come. Education is the only way to uplift their poor situation but they are hardly getting it. But for this Asrayan Project, these lower income people are getting a house and land of their own. They don’t need to pay for house rent. They can use that money to purchase other basic needs. They have a secure place and savings now. Even they can start their own small domestic business to get some extra money. Asrayan Project is not only securing their shelter but also the future of their children.  less

The rehabilitated families are receiving several training on serious issues and human resources development for engaging themselves in income generation activities. As the shelter problem is now solved, they can use that shelter cost to pay micro loan if any of them have taken. Moreover, they can save this money and can use it in cultivating fish, raising poultry and farming. Besides, they can use the money to educate the children as education helps reducing the poverty. Also, this project aims at alleviating poverty, by accelerating the way of fulfilling the ''Vision 21''.Thus, I think this project will help lower-income group people to stand on their own feet.  less

    Now his monthly cost gets decreasing due to he does not commit paid of rent the house.
    His savings are increasing. His12 years old son has got off from child work. He wants to continue his educational life again.
    Mr Shaharul is thinking, his son will be well educated and will not suffer an economic recession in his future life.
    While I was talking to Mr Shaharul, I saw confidence in his voice to stand on his own feet that's why I strongly believe that the Narayan project will be successful.
    The future generation of landless people will be the most benefited.  less

This project gives shelter to homeless people, those people were barely surviving before they got a house from this project. Now they can stay focus on their daily livelihood. The project has been going economic vulnerability of many homeless families by providing them with shelters and necessary financial assistance to rebuild their life. As the project now targets the impoverished people of the whole country, by aiding them to build their shelter with a means of income generation can also check the displacement of people from one place to another. Beside that this project provided necessary training to them and revolving interest-free micro-credit to enhance income generating activities to improve their livelihoods and make them self-reliant. With this they can start a small business or cultivate their own food and keeping household pet. This project surely a blessing to those people like Rahim Miah.  less

This makes the point of contact of the vegetables precise and allows swift and clean cutting. So, more pressure will be put on using the sharper one.
    The risk of using a blunt knife is that it may slip the vegetable adam is cutting and may severely injure his hand. We don't want any harm to be done to this nice fellow.     1. Jacob didn't drive that four-wheel car that much so the tire is not flat there are some edges which is giving him a grip to drove in that snow. Also, the area of contact between a rubber block and an ice surface is bigger and we know that a bigger surface means a lot of friction. That's why Jacob safely drove that car, If the tire of Jacob were flat then the friction will low and he will not able to drove that car safely.
    
    2.The second phenomenon is happening because those shoes don't have that much grip on that slippery road. The friction area is too small and all the weight is centered on the shoes. When he was rubbing his hands he gives some energy and it was transforming to head and sound due to friction. Rubbing hands produce sounds if you haven't noticed try now. So that was the physics rule playing out there.
    
    You can also put some oil and try to rub then heat and the sound will be decreased because the friction is decreased also.

Friction increases due to rough surface, so the tires could make a firm grip on the road and prevent slipping. But if the tires hadn’t enough groove it could felt due to the smooth icy road.
    
    2) 2nd situation where Jacob slipped on the ground due to wearing regular shoes. Although static friction occurred it wasn’t enough to stop slipping as the shoes of Jacob didn’t have enough grip to increase friction.
    
    3) We can see in the 3rd situation that through rubbing his palms together, Jacob felt warm on both palms. This occurred due to sliding friction. The molecules in the palms of Jacob’s started moving quickly. Static electricity was produced due to the sliding friction. Thus this static electricity converted into heat energy.     The government must provide support to ensure that locals can get back into the trade without any barriers or inhibitions by providing training courses and facilities like boats, fishing nets etcetera at subsidized rates which will enable people who live here to make a decent income while preserving our environment and wildlife as well!
    
    Sound management for Sundarbans is an absolute necessity if we are going to preserve this natural habitat of Royal Bengal Tigers as well as other endangered species that inhabit these mangroves! More Forest Departments to monitor and secure the forest resources are also required.  less

    cut down one tree,they will plant two saplings at the same time in the previously marked area for replantation.The time gap between these cuttings is helpful in re-growth of trees.

    But before sending them to work,i will obviously first vaccinate them by going to everyone's house.They will go to work at 12:01 pm in a day and will finish their work and return home within 6PM.This is because they can complete their studies

    We will place vehicle number template on the roof of the car and the print will be clear and large in size
    so that it can be detected very easily.
    
    When the camera will detect the template,it will send necessary
    information of that car to the server.But the main task of the camera is to check that whether
    the car is in its parameter or not.i mean if the car exceeds its
    speed,or breaks law, it will give a penalty to that driver.Now smart card and driving license is available.So it will directly add to his account  less

Whenever that person will not pay his penalty even after his due time, his vehicle can easily be tracked by police when he will drive again and catch him.
    The drivers who have no driving license can be easily caught and tracked by the machine learning technology, as a result he will have to give his penalty till when he license his car.

First they must be trained properly and rigorously on how to behave and control the traffic and instruct them to assist the traffic police to penalise the traffic rule violators. Generally, public are a little hesitant and even scared of them, this sentiment of the people can be used as a traffic rule following factor as well. And maybe, gradually the stereotype of being scared of them will go away along with traffic jam as well. But they must be properly trained and stricter penalties must be introduced for the violators of traffic rules.     None of them is not that easy in our country, we are talking about our country not some developed , well controlled country. So what will help us is road widennig. With more specific we really have parking problem . Firstly we have to take step to parking space . So we need to widennig road , and road need to be devited, like ONE WAY . Simple effective and more important safe.
    Traffic monitoring system is only needed most to remove illigally parked vehicle and towed.

    But at first, I think we have change our mentally towards obeying traffic law and follow the traffic rules. Because we all try to reach our destinations as soon as possible and also have tendency over crossing other vehicles which is one of the main reason of traffic jam and road accidents also. So, we need to learn to overcome this kind of behaviour and give proper education to our future generation for maintaining traffic rules.

The authority just has to redesign the lanes of the roads and highways, and decide which type of vehicle should take transit in which lane. The vehicles will have to follow the lane rule strictly without failure. Unless they will have to be penalized with capital charges. Also, speed limit should be imposed on every sphere of roads and highways so that the congestion becomes lighter. Our country already has appointed a huge size of workforce to control the road traffic. By utilizing their assistance, we can bring these rules to force and get the traffic jam issue mitigated significantly.  less

    I accept that the initial step to tackling traffic problems is education. By education what I mean is instructing all the drivers on driving aptitudes and habits. Teach them path habits, teach them combining aptitudes, teach them traffic the executives.
    Have stricter guidelines and disciplines. Fine the deviant drivers. Disavow licenses.
    As of now Dhaka is a dead city. To solve this traffic problem the unrivaled arrangement is transforming the super city totally. However, it is unimaginable practically. So there are two choices
    1.Relocate the capital city like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
    2.Be severe to control traffic.

    But at first, I think we have change our mentally towards obeying traffic law and follow the traffic rules. Because we all try to reach our destinations as soon as possible and also have tendency over crossing other vehicles which is one of the main reason of traffic jam and road accidents also. So, we need to learn to overcome this kind of behaviour and give proper education to our future generation for maintaining traffic rules.
    Besides that, one way road could be another way to solve this problem. When we see in European countries, we can see their roads are widen and have one way direction. So, this can be a good solution for our country.  less

The authority just has to redesign the lanes of the roads and highways, and decide which type of vehicle should take transit in which lane. The vehicles will have to follow the lane rule strictly without failure. Unless they will have to be penalized with capital charges. Also, speed limit should be imposed on every sphere of roads and highways so that the congestion becomes lighter. Our country already has appointed a huge size of workforce to control the road traffic. By utilizing their assistance, we can bring these rules to force and get the traffic jam issue mitigated significantly.  less

    I accept that the initial step to tackling traffic problems is education. By education what I mean is instructing all the drivers on driving aptitudes and habits. Teach them path habits, teach them combining aptitudes, teach them traffic the executives.
    Have stricter guidelines and disciplines. Fine the deviant drivers. Disavow licenses.
    As of now Dhaka is a dead city. To solve this traffic problem the unrivaled arrangement is transforming the super city totally. However, it is unimaginable practically. So there are two choices
    1.Relocate the capital city like Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Malaysia.
    2.Be severe to control traffic.
